For one payment of seventy-nine United States dollars, you receive one personalized eulogy of the length you selected, plus two alternative openings, two alternative closings, and a short list of speaking notes. Delivery is digital, on the success page after payment, and by re-downloadable order link valid for thirty days.

If the eulogy does not honor the person you are remembering, if it is generic, fabricates facts you did not provide, or otherwise falls short, email hello@eulogyhearth.com with your order link and we will either rewrite it or refund the full amount within seventy-two hours. We do not require you to prove anything. We trust you to use this fairly.

The eulogy belongs to you. You may read it at services, print it, share it with family, and adapt it freely. You may not resell the service or the generated content as a product of your own. You may not use EulogyHearth to generate content that defames, harasses, or harms a real person.

EulogyHearth is a writing tool. It is not a counseling service or a substitute for grief support. If you are struggling, please reach out to a friend, a faith leader, a counselor, or a grief support service in your country.

We do our best to ensure the writing engine is available when you need it, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. If a generation fails after payment, you will be refunded automatically or the eulogy will be regenerated when service is restored, your choice.

EulogyHearth is operated by Universal Packaging Group, registered in the United Kingdom. Your card statement will show UPG * EULOGYHEARTH. Payments are processed by Stripe.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
